Washington State Governor's Cup Walleye Tournament
The Trophy
The One-Of-A-Kind Washington Governor's Cup Tournament trophy
is presented to the Govenor of the State whose team places highest in the
Washington State Governor's Cup Walleye Tournament - Team competition.
The Trophy then remains on display in Kettle Falls, Washington.
Through a contribution from Jerry Rotter, The Govenor's Cup Tournament Committee was able to commission Bozeman, Montana artist Harvey Rattey to create this breathtaking one-of-a-kind trophy, featuring a cast bronze walleye mounted on a black walnut base. Just where bronze and wood ends is difficult to determine, as the artist has blended his mediums so skillfully.
